As a RICS regulated practice, surveys are undertaken by a degree qualified surveyor holding Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and full membership of the Residential Property Surveyors Association, providing reassurance that inspections are carried out by a suitably qualified and regulated professional.
