OKM Building Surveys is an independent, family-run residential surveying practice providing RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and RICS Level 3 Building Surveys across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
The practice is led by a degree-qualified surveyor holding Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and full membership of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (MRPSA).
Having worked within both large national surveying firms and independent practices, experience has been gained inspecting a wide range of property types, from modern homes to period, traditional and non-standard construction.
The aim is to provide a personal service, together with clear, detailed and straightforward reports, helping clients understand the condition of a property and make informed decisions before purchase. Clients have direct access to the surveyor throughout the process, from initial enquiry through to discussing the findings of the report.
In addition to being a RICS regulated practice, OKM Building Surveys is also a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA), a professional body specialising in residential surveying.
